✳️Quranic Recitation, is also known as Tilawah, which is the act of reciting the Quran with proper pronunciation, intonation, and expression.
✳️It is a fundamental aspect of Islam and connection with Allah (Sw) and earning blessings by understanding its importance and benefits.
✳️Recitation helps to improve one’s relationship with Allah (Sw), increases faith, and gain spiritual growth, guidance, comfort, and solace.
✳️To increase the value of the Quran and to evaluate their recitation’s skill the BIS Islamic Department conducted an Inter House Qirath Competition for the students grades 6-12 students on November 6, 2024.
✳️ The students participated with eagerly and enthusiastically in the competition.
✳️The participants performed the recitation by following Tajweed Rules and regulations.
✳️It was an enlightening and great experience for the young Barakhites.
