This beautiful and holy month of Ramadan is giving us the opportunity to increase our love. Exchanging a gift is a means of nurturing mutual respect and conveying love. Our students got an opportunity to exchange gifts with their bench mates on 22nd June, 2017. Abu Hurayrah ( May Allah be pleased with him) has related that the Messenger of Allah (May Allah bless him and grant him peace) said that, “In order to promote mutual love, exchange gifts amongst yourselves.”(Bukhari). In the spirit of love for fellow beings, the students were asked to wrap a very simple gift to be given to their bench Mates. A simple note can sometimes go a long way in building and upholding relationships. The students were content to exchange their gifts.
